    Its not hard, if CVI wants a return of investors then get some cash flows happening. It shouldnt be that hard if the assets are any good. So tell the new boys to bring some projects into a positive cash flow so it can be rated on its merits rather than warm fuzzy words.

    Hows that for simple??
