I have today sent an official written complaint through to the ASX. I have confimed that the team at the windara site have re-entered the mine decline and that refurbishment is going well. Ican not understand how the management team think they can carry on doing market sensitive things and not letting the public know.

In my opinion we are waiting for updates on the following.

1. Jorc compliance
2. Schedule for starting to mine
3. Gold tailings
4. Heap leach program
5. Gold in Ghana
6. Drilling results
7. Exactly what Forrest is going to do next

Its time this company was run by the rules. Complete disclosure.
