hws, from a credibility perspective, your posts don't provide me with any comfort that you have any relevant industry experience. If you really were experienced you would know that people who have managed the introduction of a Magnetite plant to completion and beyond would bring to the table valuable experience about high and low risk areas and opportunities for optimisation. Thus my comment that they should have found a CEO with specific relevant experience. And they don't have to be from China as you claim although if they can find someone from China with the right skills, why not? Without this experience the new CEO will be at the mercy of the same KML management who continue to slip this project IMO.
