My point about hiring outside people is that from memory I believe that there is very little magnetite is produced outside of China and what is mostly comes from small producers ~3mtpa, (although one in Montana or Minnesota was going to be bigger) and these were built some time ago. The mineralogy is quiet different aswell - so I don't believe there is a large pool of people out there commissioning very modern 16mtpa + magnetite plants. Apart from all of that australian mining personnel are the best you will find. These problems seem to be design faults - not uncommon in new plants, it's just that a company like GBG can not sustain them
