one thing the deal would add value to PLA is market confident. Part of the deal would be a fresh of the board of management. I m sure private equity would only pump money in if they can field a new management board that they can trust their money with. Certainly the current management will have to go, its time PLA's assets deserves experienced management and operators on the ground running. Not a bunch of amateurs running the operation half the world away from their cruise-ship on Perth harbor
