If you look at the course of sale it's all small amounts, most probably small retail investors.
I'd say the majority of them see the price falling so they panic and sell, most of them wouldn't even read the announcements.
FIL just loaded up on another 4.6 million at $1, plus another large investor with 1 million shares at $1 so I can never understand how the small retail investors think they know more then the insto's.
I bet FIL is loading up more at these prices.
