Yes I would like to know how many dollars out of their own pockets Directors have ponied up for shares. Would be very low if at all and this is a true sign of the confidence in their own company. It's our company too but we have to pony up Real Cash.....
I never have a problem giving them Options with a decent strike price as this if they get to exercise is true performance the market likes.
