The changes in the management were necessary. No informations for shareholders, no future plans nor any time-tables weren't published in the past. A lot of private shareholders-confidence was treated badly!
So the unfortunate Reg Gillard (Debeira Goldfields and Lafayette) can concentrate to his other Companies (Caspian, Perseus and Tiger) and hope he will have luckier hands there.

My wishes and congratulations to the new CEO: More informations and communication with shareholders; to appreciate private shareholders as well as institutionals (!!); a lot of creativity and always lucky decisions.
