Certainly though management should have been far more on the ball and expected that shareholders would want to know about payments for which shipments were included in the quarterly figures - it is such an obvious thing that there really is only two reasons why they haven't done it - either they really don't give a toss about the shareholders that employ them - or they just have absolutely no clue about what their job involves.
