people are expressing a desire for management change but not expressing any knowledge of how management is changed, nor is there any evidence of any action taken toward completing any of the requirements.
the thoughts, emotions, and actions are misaligned with each other.
see, this is exactly what happens in a lowly human condition, even pertaining to the so-called freedom community. most of those people say they want freedom, but have no knowledge of the steps required to obtain freedom. and take no correct action towards achieving freedom. (other people don't even want freedom or they think they have freedom. crazy!)
