I noticed in today's AFR that Simon Marais of Allan Gray (Orbis) is concerned about the sale of the management rights if it means the new manager tries to claw back his paying too much by increasing fees and suggests he (Marais) will move to sack the manager if they try it on. I would support him if it came to that.
