    Folkestone should be careful what they are actually buying here. It is purely the rights of the current management to 4 Australian and NZ property portfolios, the main one being the AET.
    As unit holders it is fully within our scope to change our Trusts manager at any point we choose and if they make too many changes to this well run and stable property trust, or try to gouge it on fees, then I for one will vote with Orbis and sack them and I do have a substantial vote.
    Hopefully as they are indicating at present, they will just let it continue as it has done, with the same steady consistent management team, paying healthy dividends to unit holders.
