    Who does Cliff Lawrenson work for? Is he and his management team works for the best interest of all share-holders or is he working for the debt holders only? To answer this question, I think we must ask ourselves: who put him in as MD in the first place? Of course it is the debt holders. At the time of his appointment, debt holders were holding 70% of this company.

    My belief is debt holders want to take out AGO and turn it into a private company.
