Many people tend to think a managing director is a king and must be a smart man/women. I would say some street-smart small business operators are 10 times smarter than them. They can easily turn this company around and chart its future with some simple, straight-forward strategies like locking in spot price contracts for April, June, July about 6 weeks ago and pay off the debt altogether to get the shackle off the company. The cashflow from March quarter together with 80mil cash reserve can get rid of the debt holders altogether and the cashflow with locked-in-spot price -contracts for June quarter can easily fund CD development, not to mention an AGO with a good and well articulated strategies can easily raise some fund if needed.

Unfortunately the corporate world is riddled with so many crooks and ASX is a commercial entity with its own interest.
