Don't know. I only used it in my coffee.It would be too pricey for me to use it for liquid milk. It dissolves quickly and has a delicious rich cream flavor. Plus it beats using half and half or fresh cream because it doesn't dilute the coffee flavor. We get a couple of half gallons of fresh milk a week, as we use some for kefir.
