Apologies for my atrocious math - you are spot on, NZ much closer to 20% than 25.

I suspect the company is keeping some of its marketing approach under wraps, or at very least not spelling out their entire business acquisition strategy on a public web forum.

Ultimately optometry is just one segment of just one of 1ST's products. The company have offered to people here to explain it in more detail, realistically its probably not that important.

My priority is that businesses are on boarded. I want to see some kind of evidence that customers are then using the products. I then want to see demonstration that 1ST can monetise those customers. I suspect there will be several different ways that happens. We saw a new one last quarter.

My take is that this isn't just a "medical booking system" play like some distil it to be. It does provide booking services to some medical providers as part of its operations, but that's far from the end story.
