Oh @plugh, best to let people think you are an idiot than to post and remove all doubt.

The DNS entries for olivers.com.au, and oliversrealfood.com.au have both been deleted, which is not what happens when somebody is updating a website. Either:

1. Somebody committed a FUBAR and accidentally deleted the record
2. Oliver's haven't paid their bill
3. Somebody who has access to the Oliver's account with the DNS provider that shouldn't have has decided to go rouge.

Either way, it's pretty bad. An unpaid bill is obviously bad, but to not notice your website is down for more than a few hours is worse - that means that:

1. Nobody in your IT department is monitoring the site - it is trivial to set up scripts to automatically check that your site is working and send out an email if is isn't
2. Nobody in the general public is going to your website, finding it dead, and trying to contact you (via Facebook) - Or if they are, nobody in the IT team is monitoring the Facebook account
3. Zero online sales - in the middle of a pandemic

This is peak incompetence - if the management team cannot get such a simple thing right, what else are they completely screwing up?
