So apparently suggesting the IT manager 'might not be fit for the role' given the length of the website outage upset someone.
At the end of the day, having the website go down for so long at such a sensitive time made whoever manages Oliver's web presence look like a fool. I'm really sorry if highlighting that fact was a bit upsetting.
