    Absolutely , in an epidemic/pandemic , until you know all the factors , and that takes time and observation , you always operate on the precautionary principle.
    On ''stitch-up'' , that really displays your lack of knowledge and ability to analyse.
    Are you really dumb enough to think all the answers should somehow have been miraculously known at the start?
