The XJO closed lower on Thursday
Spread increased slightly, as did volume, and the close was off the day's low.
There was downside follow through in response to the poor closing bar on Wednesday, however price has not penetrated below the red dashed line, nor closed below it (yet ?? ....we'll see....).
The close off the bottom of the bar on Thursday, with increased, and above average volume, suggests that some (speculative) long positions were taken off the day's lows. Be aware that these positions may be dumped if todays price action see further downside follow through, & in particular a breach of that red dashed line, which in turn would help to create a nasty widespread downbar.
