They were cash poor but had a great product going through FDA approval. We ( Mayne Pharma ) kept the money supplied to Hedgepath. Generally in US $4m allotments. Their action began in 2019 then in November 21 an in principle agreement was reached. This took a further 7 months and final settlement not until December this year. Our insurance Company has agreed to US $14+m. Obviously we lost the case and it appears the product even though we owned majority of the company. Honestly, can you believe this guy . This settlement was confidential. Now I am concerned regarding future legal matters . DOJ ! Class Action here in Australia. The rats are all jumping ship. ( including past board members).
