i am completely inexperienced in these things but if pt makes the deadline, which i hope he does for my large investment, would the other board members be the only ones to instigate change or are shareholders able to call an egm for example to replace him?
i would guess they are all mates (directors) and if pt goes down, in a hypothetical scenario, they would too?
