I don't think that it's to do with the downloading of TV series as it is well known that's what they are doing, and it was published in I think Tuesday's Australian, hardly worth a trading halt for something that's already in the public domain, my bet is a probable merger or take over, the new high speed ADSL now makes this company a real goer
