@Roon-Aus - Cominiere ordered CAMI through a Court Order to remove Dathcom as owner of 13359 on their portal, arguing that the JV has since been dissolved. After that, Cominiere has entered into an agreement with Zijin to refurbish the MM Dam, which is a critical component to the project. AVZ can argue to the ICC that the two are interlinked. Cominiere illegally attempts to kick AVZ out of Dathcom and then assigns MM Dam works to Zijin. All imo.
