Key Senior Appointment of new Director and CFO
Zylotech is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven McKay as its Director, Chief
Financial Officer and Company Secretary effective today.
Steven McKay holds a Bachelor degree in Business, a post-graduate Diploma in
Corporate Management and a Master of Business Administration (MGSM). He is a
Fellow of the Australian Society of CPA’s and a Chartered Secretary.
Steven has held senior financial positions, including CFO and Secretarial roles, in a wide
range of both private and public sectors with exposure to Energy Infrastructure and
Retail, Private Equity, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering,
and Services businesses. He has corporate finance experience including capital
structuring and the provision of funding solutions to private sector interests.

businesses. He has a solid background in the provision of commercial analysis,
due diligence and advice with a focus on pre and post acquisition strategy,
value adding activities and business improvements.
