    IF all goes well in puntland on shore
    what,s your views on the off shore understanding with farole
    1/ if he is still about OR
    2/ if not have we any standing too acquire a license and bid on any blocks
    if farole is not about and someone takes over the mantle and still wants this situation to be followed though do u think they would rather deal with the big fish
