    Greg Combet has been promoted to Climate Change Minister replacing Penny Wong who was no friend of 'efficiency' only renewables. Combet is by all accounts a competent operator and also an engineer who will understand the advantages of fuel cells and who may be capable of being persuaded to move the party line to support a mix of technologies. Lets hope so
