Reuters news service reported that the Senegalese
President Abdoulaye Wade has replaced the Energy Minister.
He gave FAR a verbal commitnment for the next extention.
The new Minister is his son Karim Wade,so hope he upholds the promise.Should'nt be a problem I guess.
