No ..if you don't vote I understand you would be treated as abstaining . Whichever way the vote goes for those who voted, you will be then treated accordingly . If vote is in favour of the resolution you will have your NCM shares cancelled and issued new CDIs. If vote is not in favour of the resolution we stay as we are with NCM share price falling to about $20.
