New Moelis note - $1.96 price target, NAV of $2+, page-5

I see a significant scale back on the SPP. Only a 3rd of my application got allocated.
I bet the insto's didn't get scaled back.

ENN seem be developing new fund management options at a great rate at the moment and with the sale of the rezoned is property in progress, appear to have room for another leg up soon? Or maybe some of this is built into the current price?
