I would be very careful buying this one. Much of the buyers depth could be deceptive bids that will melt away. They got $20m which is good, but haven't told us the requirements for the second $20m.
The actual chemistry of their active is very simple, - even though I imagine the presentation and reasoning is complex.

Don't just buy because it is down - it can possibly fall a lot further. This is one for the experts.

I have taken a position on the SP falling further - but am definitely not an expert on the pharma bus and regulatory affairs. Saying that I did work for a pharma company as a graduate chemist once upon a time.
