    Would pxs mgt have given nova quest additional confidential info regarding likelihood off FDA approval (eg. 18+ re application) to grease the deal?

    If I was nova quest.. I wouldn't be investing 40M (1/4 of pxs market cap) into something which is likely to go bust.

    But yeah.. My main Q is how does ASX continuous disclosure rules relate to these side financing deals? Is nova quest now considered a 'insider'?
