Dorothy, an exceedence is a reading above a trigger value and in Cougar's case the trigger value is not zero ... pretty basic stuff really ... not sure you can reasonably plead ignorance.

This article cuts to the chase imo, unlike DERM and Dorothy Pratt who, despite growing proof of no contamination, look keen to prolong their crusade ... a legal mind might start looking for motive soon imo.

I wonder if Kingaroy's South Burnet Times has the ethics and will to publish something balanced about the latest findings and comments from Cougar? You'd think they and the town folk would reasonably be over the moon with the latest excellent results!

The upside from this whole sorry affair will be that come January 2011 when the Qld Govt has no technical reason to hold up Cougar's trial burn any further will be that Cougar will be the world's most environmentally scrutinised UCG company and found not to be wanting ... a powerful springboard indeed.
