New Moonie dropped?, page-14

Just a couple of thoughts:

1. I no longer expect anything to come of New Moonie, but maybe it hasn't failed just yet. RC's newsletter article only says that "we can no longer wait". He has also previously mentioned in the last quarterly webcast that the subscription agreement with New Moonie was "binding". So there is a possibility that we may still get that $4 m from them. Can't say I really believe that though...
2. Secondly, this news may have come through the newsletter rather than as an announcement, so as to inform shareholders without prematurely triggering the end of the voluntary suspension (as per Kim Hogg's letter to the ASX 01.03.18 and ASX's own market release of the same date).
