I don't really understand your murmurings of conspiracy Herm, although you've been around the joint longer than I have. If the New Moonie money basically comes from the directors of GSL as you suggest (or I think you are suggesting this), I don't know why they wouldn't just pay that money directly to the company. I don't really find your thesis very persuasive on its face, but go on... explain!
