Awesome summary, thanks for the clear breakdown. You're totally right, it's about cashflow. I've never seen what happens when a company can't meet it's cashflow obligations. Seems like bad planning to me.

Fingers crossed they sort this one out. The tech seems good to me so in my opinion they should have a bright future. But I'd prefer they had a clearer way to get there.
