This thread was about terrorists , and your assertion that a 22 calibre was not effective , it was not about what the police or SAS using the 22 who are often facing armoured assailants .
A 22 bullet is not as lethal but it will incapacitate so causing carnage which is the terrorists plan against unarmoured civilians , it is also more readily available than other calibers .
Having smiley faces on a sombre subject I find a little weird .
