Alcoa it would seem to me would be trading with inside information if they were to make a move on the share registy.
Not possible without greater disclosure of the details of the gas contract.
Just an opinion I am no expert. But if the current partners are to be believed they have been contractually barred from disclosing any thing of substance about the Alcoa deal; i would assume by Alcoa.
