    Indeed they are - I think this time there will be a deal. But what do you pay for this company. Production is miles away, there will be a need for significant capital and the base metal sector is really stuffed.

    Auctus have deep pockets - tried it on with a really low ball offer and I think Denham Capital (their backers) will green light this
