I just wrote to David Segal suggesting Syntoc Biotechnology Ltd. I see the probable copyrighting of Syntoc by LMDB as a positive as it means the name would be protected in the United States, further I would expect no issues obtaining the rights from LMDB.
But, there are many possible names which would be better than Alyptus, and some additional effort ought to be expended by the Board in getting this name change right the first time. If indeed there is to be a name change at all.
The first step is to pull the name change resolution from the AGM agenda, and I have urged that this step be taken as soon as possible.
