also from the ann it states cyan will own up to 60% of the co after the egm vote so seeing as though that is costing them $36,560,500 in total inc oppies that would value the co @ $61mil as is or .0119 psh.
also if spm,arm and ralph can vote we shareholders wont have a say anyway
