    Gujarat NRE Oil Pty Ltd is owned 100% by NRE Resources Pty Ltd, who in turn are owned 100% by Gujarat NRE Mineral Resources Ltd, the Indian based holding company.

    Gujarat NRE Coking Coal Ltd listed as GNM, is a subsidiary of Gujarat NRE Coke Ltd which operates in India and is described as an "Associate" of the holding company Gujarat NRE Mineral Resources Ltd.

    The participation agreement is between REY & Gujarat NRE Oil.

    The above info comes from parent company documents and clearly shows separation between GNM & Gujarat Oil.
