    Seems to be a similarly aggressive timeframe to us. No rolling agreements yet from what I could see, but they had announced they had opened for offers. Also you'd think they'd have to be pretty far into FEED but it seemed to have been implied they hadn't settled on a technology provider (whether they have now or not is still even unclear).
