From the looks of it they seem to be VC funded. Whether they go public or not, I guess, depends on how much funding they already have, and how much they can get via that route alone plus possible debt funding. If that's the case it's an interesting model. Very little public information about anything: who knows, it could even just be all vapourware. You'd have to doubt that it is though.
