Over the years I also have done some investing in small speck stocks over the years. Its a hard hard game. Many more losers that winners. The attraction is finding the ones that take off. If you find one or two of the good ones ( these need to become multiple baggers) then you can wait until they become ASX300 stock and buy them into your super fund while at the same time selling part of your personal holdings in them balancing them against your previous losers. Retaining the shares of the winners that you could not balance against your losers.
Sorry Its a slightly complex strategy. I have only had two winners and over several losers.
If your really interested in the small caps, go do some very thorough and serious research into SMN. I mean at least 20 hours of research. Then make up your own mind.
