I think quite the opposite. Buy orders getting pulled out are most likely algorithmic traders so i wouldn't worry to much about them based on the news that came out. What we need to focus on is the commercial sensitivity of the contracts the company receives and as someone here stated before some of these announcements might not be able to be made to the market as soon as the company enters into negotiations so we basically have to trust the CEO's words on how large the pipeline of potential contracts is and with each new material contract announced the market may start to put more weight on his projections.
