It’s the same here in Australia Clem, or was until recently.

We lost a friend very young late last year to pancreatic cancer, only a couple of months from diagnosis to death & he was given his prognosis straight up...he was a healthy & fit young Dad & a highly regarded professional in his occupation.

We did have some very candid discussions about things & he brought up the benefits of smoking pot to help him in such a tragic & sad situation & help with symptom management. I was in absolute agreeance with whatever would help with such a nasty cancer & shock of diagnosis & prognosis. It would have been so much better just to be able to go to his GP & get a prescription straight up. The side effects of opioid pain management in themselves cause nausea & constipation, so then you are adding on more pills to swallow to manage those symptoms. A CBD oil that can help & is absorbed sub-lingually would be wonderful.
