The case was remanded last month at the Chinchilla CPS. It has been remanded to Dalby CPS, for mention only on the 3/2/15. Don't know if there is any significance in the change of venue. The frustrating thing is that it is still for 'mention only', so we are no closer to having our day in court, as yet.
