I was in contact with the company yesterday regarding the patents and found that the company can proceed with or without the patents, as reflected in the newsletter above. Of course!
The patent applications were lodged to PROTECT the IP, not to allow the company to use it. Their patent lawyers used are confident that AKAs own process is significantly different to that of Orbite.
Basically nothing is stopping progress.
I am therefore expecting any number of key announcements in the short term, and Orbites chart has provided evidence of how the market cap of AKA may rise in a similar way as progress is made.
