Quite a few have had their views and this is my 1/2c.
It all comes down to what is in the fine print in the agreement between Pala and Pen. That is where the retail shareholders gain (big, medium & small) will be determined and sadly we don't get to read it. You got to take management on face value and so far you cannot fault them.
I just hope the story doesn't pan out like those bio films where the star ditches his faithful wife as soon the big time calls.
